If a size or style exchange is requested on an out-of-stock item, a refund will be
issued. All refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WHEN:

• Items are in their original condition.
• Items are in their original packaging.
• Tags remain attached to garments.
• Garments are unworn, unwashed and unstained.

CTLYST upholds the right to deny a return request if the items do not meet the stated conditions.
